Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (such as eBooks, online courses, downloadable resources, and templates), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any issues accessing your purchase or feel that it hasn’t delivered what was promised, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve it — whether that means troubleshooting, replacing a file, or offering store credit in some cases.

We may consider a refund if:

  • You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

  • You were unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our end and we couldn’t resolve it within a reasonable time.

  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of results (our content is designed to guide you, but your success depends on your effort and consistency)

  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
